Assalāmu ‘alaikum warahmatuLlāh. If you can read this, then I really appreciate your continued interest in SAYYIDA KHALID. It’s been a while since you received a newsletter from us. I hope that you had a blessed Ramadān and a joyful ‘Eid. We ask Allāh that He accepts it from us and from you!
We had planned to close on the 15th of March, and the plan was to absolutely cease all operations on that day, but you had kept us so busy that we could only slow down before coming to a complete stop.
What That Means
We had created a new ‘abaya for ‘Eid al-Fitr, and due to unforeseen circumstances, we experienced a delay, but it is now available to order!
WADAA ‘ | وداع | ‘farewell’ or ‘goodbye’, marks the last product we release before fully closing. It is a design we have been hiding since 2023, and only a few people have owned it through Wardrobe Change. Each set consists of:
- a silk inner dress
- a chiffon cloak
- a chiffon scarf
- a matching chiffon niqāb on request at a flat rate of N2,000

We still have some pieces in store that need to be cleared, so you can expect a clearance sale in the coming weeks, in shā Allāh.
There will be no restocks of any items during this period. The only orders we will continue to take are bulk orders for prayer mats.
As this chapter comes to a close,
I find myself thinking about every woman who has worn our pieces, supported our work, and believed in what we were trying to build. You were never just a customer, you were the messages that made our days. The photos you shared. The feedbacks that helped us grow. The trust you placed in us. The du’ās you made for us. And the carriers of the vision we had.
Thank you for giving SK a space in your wardrobes lives.
Our pieces travelled into your homes, your celebrations, your quiet days, and your busy days. Knowing that something we created has become part of your life is a gift we will always be grateful for.
I ask that you forgive us
If we were ever slow to respond, especially in the past few months. If the response was unpleasant. If an order took longer than expected. If an item didn’t meet your expectations. If anything we did caused an inconvenience or a disappointment, I sincerely ask for your forgiveness. We did our best, but we know we were not perfect.
